2. Eligibility & User Accounts
You must be 16 years or older to use our platform. Users under 18 require parental/guardian consent. You must provide accurate information when creating your account (e.g., profile, roommate preferences). Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
3. Subscription Plans
- Free Plan: Access to limited usage of services.
- Pro Plan (£8.99/month): Unlimited use, premium features (saved searches, AI letters, extended chat, legal log, etc.).
- Business Plan: API access and bulk tools.
During Beta, all features are unlocked for free. Subscriptions may change in future with notice.
4. Services Usage
- Rent Checker: Provides estimates of local rent prices based on available data and AI analysis. Figures are indicative only.
- AI Scam Detector: Analyzes listings for common fraud risks. Always verify independently.
- AI Roommate Finder: Matches users based on lifestyle, budget, and preferences. We do not guarantee compatibility or safety of any user.
- Complaint Submission: Drafts complaint letters for councils. You are responsible for final review and submission.
- Contract Analyzer: Provides AI analysis of tenancy agreements. Not legal advice.
- Rent Declaration Check: Compares rent/council tax declarations. Indicative only.
- AI Disrepair & Maintenance Tracker: Helps identify and track property issues. Estimates are AI-generated; landlord/contractor verification is required.
- AI Tenant Legal Companion: Provides plain-English summaries of tenant rights. Draft letters (Pro only) are for guidance and must be reviewed before use.
5. Data, Privacy & Security
We comply with UK GDPR. Your data (inputs, profile, uploads) are stored securely in our UK-hosted database. AI services use OpenAI API to process some requests. Your data may be processed by OpenAI for generating results. We do not sell your data. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

9. Age & Accessibility
Minimum age: 16. The platform is mobile-first, WCAG AA accessible.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by UK law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England & Wales.
